[Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.] This order will now dispose of the captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' [hereinafter 'WMP' for the sake of brevity]. 2.

Captioned WMP has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of 'original impugned order dated 23.06.2025 and the endorsement order dated 24.06.2025' [hereinafter 'impugned order and the endorsement order' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity]. 3.

Mr. V. Kasinatha Bharathi, learned counsel for writ petitioner, is before this Court.

Learned counsel for writ petitioner, adverting to support affidavit, submitted that since the petitioner has misplaced the original impugned order and the original endorsement order, he was not able to produce the same. Learned counsel drew the attention of this Court to relevant part of support affidavit in W.P.No.28129 of 2025, which reads as follows:

'10. ... ... I have issued with the order of the first respondent but I have misplaced the same due to my old age, however I am having the xerox copy of the same. ... ... ' 5.
