Respondents PRAYER:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing all the respondents to consider the "Application for Survey" dated 05.03.2021 submitted by the petitioner requesting the third respondent to survey the lands in Survey No.310/1 of Kilvillivalam Village, Vandavasi Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District and point out the field boundary lines.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct all the respondents to consider the "Application for Survey" dated 05.03.2021 submitted by the petitioner requesting the third respondent to survey the lands comprised in Survey https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

No.310/1 situated at Kilvillivalam Village, Vandavasi Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District and point out the field boundary lines.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 05.03.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner, adjacent land owner and counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on payment of requisite fees.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
