ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 07.11.2022 made in W.P.No.16961 of 2022.

2. Today when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.K.Ramanamoorthy, learned Central Government Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent has submitted that the orders of this Court has been complied with and a compliance report dated 30.08.2023 also is filed.

3. Along with the compliance report, a copy of the communication dated 10.02.2023 also has been filed by the respondent.

4. In the said communication dated 10.02.2023 of the respondent, the following has been stated:

"With respect to the subject cited above and in compliance to the Hon'ble High Court of Madras order dated 07.11.2022, the status of the company M/s.Tinnevelly Diocesan Trust Association has been removed from 2/4

management dispute on 30.11.2022. Therefore, your are requested to fill necessary forms which is required for the appointment of new directors in compliance to the Hon'ble High Court Order dated 07.11.2022. In case of any difficulties in filing of requisite forms, you may approach this office in person or through letter/e-mail for necessary guidance.

This is for your information.

5. This position has not been controverted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

Since the endorsement already been made with regard to the petitioner's company as if that there is a management dispute in the company since has been removed on 30.11.2022, the orders of this Court according to the respondent is complied with. This position also is accepted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. R. SURESH KUMAR, J.

7. In view of the aforesaid development, where the orders of this Court has been complied with as stated supra, this Court feel that the present contempt petition need not be pursuaded further therefore, it is closed.
