(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have perused the compliance report filed by the Investigating Officer and charge sheet is stated to have been filed before the XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, on 23.11.2016. The final report has been produced before the Court. In terms of the same, there are two accused stated to be absconding, while the identity of some more accused is yet to be established, for which evidence is being collected. 2.On the learned Magistrate taking it on record and numbering it, a copy of the same be handed over to the State Bar Council.
