Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is allowed as prayed for with a direction to effect substituted service against the sold defendant through paper publication in Makkal Kural, Chennai Edition & also Affix the same at the last known address of the defendant.
