ORDER

This petitioner seeks restoration of an electricity connection, which according to the respondents had been disconnected even in 2010. There also appears to be some civil litigation between the petitioner and the private respondent and the details of which are not disclosed. 2.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this petition with a liberty to file a fresh petition on the same prayer with all material particulars. The learned counsel has also made necessary endorsement to that effect. 3.Leave granted.
