Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.07.2019 requesting for transfer to the existing vacancy in the post of Noon Meal Organizer at the government Higher Secondary School, Bithercad, Pandalur Block, Nilgiris District in which the petitioner is holding additional charge now and pass appropriate orders.

The present Writ Petition ise been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.07.2019 requesting for transfer to the existing vacancy in the post of Noon Meal Organizer at the government Higher Secondary School, Bithercad, Pandalur Block, Nilgiris District in which the petitioner is holding additional charge now and pass appropriate orders.

2. When the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present Writ Petition has become infructuous and the same may be dismissed as infructuous and made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the said submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Writ Petition is hereby dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
