This petition is filed by the petitioner to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11878 of 2017 dated 01.12.2021 for filing an application under Section 436 Cr.P.C. before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Fast Tract Court at Magisterial level, Coimbatore in C.C.No.200 of 2015.

2.The petitioner filed Crl.O.P.No.11878 of 2017 seeking to quash the complaint under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act filed against her by the respondent in C.C.No.200 of 2015. This Court by order dated 01.12.2017 dismissed the said petition giving direction to the Court below to complete the trial within a period of four weeks and liberty is given to the petitioner to appear before the trial Court within two weeks, file an application under Section 436 Cr.P.C. and executed the bond. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is unable to execute the bond within the stipulated time. Hence, he prays for extension of time. He would also fairly submitted that there was a delay in complying with the order and now C.C.No.200 of 2015 is at the penultimate stage, the trial is completed and the case is posted for judgment today. 4.In view of the same, he is not seriously pressing this petition.
