The Application in A.No.4168 of 2025 has been filed to condone the delay of 578 days in filing the Written Statement in the suit and the application in A.No.4169 of 2025 has been filed to condone the delay of 293 days in filing the Written Statement in the suit.

Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of these applications and having been satisfied with the reasons stated therein, the applications in A.Nos.4168 & 4169 of 2025 in C.S.No.199 of 2023 stand ordered as prayed for and the delay in both the applications stand condoned.
