This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in the event of arrest in FIR No.8 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioner in this case has been arrested and remanded to judicial custody.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petition is dismissed as infructuous.
