The petitioner has come forward to file this Writ Petition with the prayer seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider its representation dated 18.11.2015, by which https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

extension of time was sought for to continue to function with the present Managing Committee.

When the matter is taken for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that appropriate orders would be passed on the pending representation dated 18.11.2015 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The said statement is recorded. 3.

Accordingly, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
