MRF Limited, represented by its Power Agent P.Pratap Varma .. Applicant vs Karpaga Vinayagar Tyres and others .. Respondents A letter dated 11.11.2023 has been sent by MRF, the plaintiff in the suit to the defendants acknowledging the fact that they have received the MRF owned machinery/display materials as per Annexure B & C respectively given under the MRF Tyre and Service Franchise Agreement dated 10.04.2015. However, the MRF (plaintiff) in the very same letter have reserved the rights to recover compensation/costs as prayed for in the suit in C.S. (Comm.Div.) No.209 of 2023. 2.Both the counsels are now agreeable for Mediation with regard to the damage claim made by the plaintiff against the defendants. 3.Accordingly, this Court refers the suit to Madras High Court Mediation Centre, Madras, High Court. The Mediation Centre shall appoint a suitable Mediator to mediate the dispute with regard to the damage claim alone. The 1/3

parties shall appear before the Mediation Centre on 30.11.2023 without fail. The 2/3
