The respondents have not filed the counter till date in O.A.Nos.736 and 738 of 2023. The learned counsel for the respondents/defendants on instructions would submit that they are no longer going to deal with the products of the applicant/plaintiff. In view of the said submission, no prejudice will be caused if the injunction granted in O.A.Nos.736 and 738 of 2023 is made absolute. Accordingly, the injunction granted in O.A.Nos.736 and 738 of 2023 is made absolute and the said applications are allowed as prayed for.
