Respondent Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to re-do the entire selection process to the post of District Educational Officer(Zoology) strictly in accordance with the instructions given in para 6(B) (4) of the notification dated 24.08.2007 issued by the respondent and by considering the representation dated 10.08.2012 of the petitioner.

O R D E R

Since the prayer in the writ petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to re-do the entire selection process to the post of District Educational Officer (Zoology) strictly in accordance with the instructions given in para 6(B) (4) of the notification dated 24.08.2007 issued by the respondent and by considering the representation dated 10.08.2012 of the petitioner, the petitioner has restricted his prayer to consider his representation dated 10.08.2012.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. Without going into the merits of the case, I am inclined to dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

10.08.2012 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, by giving personal opportunity to the petitioner, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
