This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in paragraph 6(b) of the order dated 15.07.2024 passed in Crl.O.P.No.15214 of 2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Learned counsel for the intervenor raised strong objection for allowing this petition.

4. Having not satisfied with the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief sought for by the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed and further two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court on 15.07.2024 from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
