PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the second respondent herein not to harass the petitioner in any manner pursuant to the representation dated 09.11.2021 except by the due process of law.

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein not to harass the petitioner in any manner pursuant to the representation dated 09.11.2021, except by due process of law.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that one Guna Singh Sugumar by influencing the respondent Police tried to vacate the petitioner from her premises. Hence, she lodged a complaint on 09.11.2021, but no action has been taken.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint sent by the petitioner through post was received by the respondent Police and called the petitioner for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

enquiry and directed her to appear along with the documents to substantiate the complaint. He further submitted that on verification of the complaint along with the documents appropriate action would be taken.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready to appear before the respondent Police on 03.12.2021 along with documents and offer her explanation.

5. In view of the above, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on 03.12.2021 along with relevant documents and the respondent Police shall enquire the same and proceed in accordance with law.

6. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
