The petitioner been called for enquiry on a complaint given by one Saravanan on 14.03.2024 alleging that the petitioner has forged the property document.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that a suit for declaration already been instituted before the civil Court in respect of the same property. However, the respondent police unnecessarily interfering in the civil dispute. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that the petitioner was once summoned for enquiry on the complaint given by Saravanan. The petitioner appeared and undertook to produce the documents, however, he did not turn up. If he appear before the Investigating Officer and produce the documents, appropriate decision will be taken on the complaint. 5.

In view of the above fact, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of directing the respondent police to cause summon to the 2/4

petitioner herein afresh for calling enquiry. The petitioner herein is directed to appear before the Investigating Officer on receipt of the summons and produce the documents.
