This petition has been filed by the defacto complainant to direct the first respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.85 of 2012.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that based on the complaint made by the petitioner, the first respondent has registered the FIR on 03.02.2012 in Crime No.85 of 2012, under Sections 143, 147, 420 and 506(i) of IPC and thereafter, no progress has been made and hence, he requests to direct the first respondent to expedite investigation and file a final report at early.

3. Considering the fact that the FIR is pending from the year 03.02.2012, the first respondent is directed to expedite investigation and file a final report within three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if already final report is not filed. Accordingly, this petition is closed. No costs.
