AUDIKESAVALU, J., When the matter came up for hearing on 26.08.2019, it was informed by the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the name of the Petitioner was not found in the year 2018 list and he had made endorsement to that effect and accordingly, order was dictated allowing the Writ Petition in terms of the earlier order in a batch of cases claiming similar relief. However, on verification, before signing that order, it has been noticed that the name of the Petitioner is also found in the list for the year 2018 and as such, the order passed on 26.08.2019 is re-called. 2.
