This petition is filed to comply the direction issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur passed under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C., and register the complaint given by the petitioner herein.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent states that pursuant to the direction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, a complaint has been registered in Crime No.693 of 2024 on 23.08.2024 and due investigation has been commenced. Further, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) states that the investigation may be completed within a period of three months and Final Report will be filed based on the outcome of the investigation.
