2. The prayer sought for by the petitioner is that HMOP No.78 of 2016 filed by him seeking divorce has not been disposed of though the fact that he has filed the proof affidavit as early as on 21.01.2019,

3. Considering the fact that the proceedings are initiated almost five years ago, the Sub Court, Poonamallee is directed to dispose of HMOP No.78 of 2016 within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of either a web copy or a certified copy of this order, which ever is earlier.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
