A.No.4301 of 2024 in OP.No.501 of 2014 K.KUMARESH BABU, J., This application has been filed to deliver the money lying in Account of OP.No.501 of 2014 for a sum of Rs.33,31,244/- together with further accrued interest thereon from 07.06.2023.

2. In the instant application, the learned counsel for the respondent has filed counter affidavit and submitted that they have no objection in ordering the application as prayed for.

3. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and particularly the consent of the learned counsel for the respondent, this Court finds there is no impediment in ordering the application.

4. The applicant is directed to withdraw the amount lying in the credit of OP.No.501 of 2014 to the tune of Rs.33,31,244/- together with any further interest that may have accrued from the date of the said deposit.

5. Accordingly, this application is ordered.
