The Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by two third parties to the Writ Petition, who are incidentally brothers of the petitioner in the Writ Petition.

2. Naturally, when the sister has filed the Writ Petition, it is also appropriate that the brothers are also made parties, so all of them can join proceedings in any litigation before any Court of law.

3. Viewed from that angle, the present Writ Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed.
