This petition has been filed to relax the condition the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on everyday for a period of three months and directed to cooperate for the investigation in Crl.O.P.No.12993 of 2024 order dated 20.06.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is complying with the conditions without fail for the past one month, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every first day of English Calendar month for a period of three months.
