This petition is filed to condone the delay of 304 days in filing the above appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the contesting 1st respondent submited that no cause has been shown for condonation of delay and has filed a counter to that effect.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent also.

5.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) to the High Court Legal Services Authority, within a period of two weeks from today, failing which this petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without any reference to this Court.

6. On such payment and production of cost memo, Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
