CRIME NO.1608/2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time limit prescribed for furnishing sureties in the order of bail passed in Crl.O.P.No.9660 of 2020 dated 29/06/2020 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.B.VISWANATHAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.N.S.SUGANTHAN, Government Advocate, (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 29.06.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.9660 of 2020 to execute sureties.
