Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed in para 6(b) of the order dated 29.10.2021 in Crl.O.P.NO.20277 of 2021 directing the petitioner to make a nonrefundable deposit of Rs.10,000/- to the credit of the Chief Educational Officer, Chengalpattu District and thus render justice.
