2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these Petitions are ordered and the delay of 4063 daysl is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.3000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only) to the respondent within two days..

3. Registry is directed to amend the cause title and post the second appeal on 17.10.2024.
