(CRIME NO. 291 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition in para no.8(d) the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further order and thereafter, appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation, by order of this Hon'ble Court on 31/08/2021 in Crl.O.P.No.15621 of 2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.CHINNARAJ, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.N.S.SUGANTHAN Govt. Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15621 of 2021 on 31.08.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
