This petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent herein not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry in connection with Crime No.11 of 2019 in any manner except due process of law.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner is required for interrogation in Crime No.11 of 2018. Even though, the petitioner is not shown as an accused in the crime number, a decision will be taken by the respondent police only based on the interrogation and the materials collected in the course of investigation.

3. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner, to Co-operate with the respondent police during investigation.
