The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police on instructions states that the mobile phone of the complainant has been sent to forensic examination on 08.01.2024. In spite of two reminders, report not yet received. Once the forensic report received, final report will be filed.

Taking note of the fact that already six months have lapsed and forensic report not yet received. This Court directs the Investigating Officer to expedite the process of investigation. To collect the forensic report and file final report within a period of two months. 4.
