2. The plaintiff states that these additional documents are relevant and material for the purpose of the case. Therefore, the plaintiff may be permitted to produce these additional documents in evidence.

3. The defendant opposes this application particularly with reference to the first document specified in the Judge's Summons, namely, the Board Resolution dated 28.10.2011. The defendant states that the witness was extensively cross examined both with regard to his authority to represent the company and with regard to his knowledge of the transactions. Therefore, it is contended that the plaintiff should not be permitted to produce this document at this juncture and that it would cause prejudice to the defendant.

4. Upon considering this objection, I am of the view that the objections of the defendant may be considered and determined in the course of final disposal when all the evidence would be on record. Therefore, the objection is over ruled at this juncture.

5. Accordingly, this application is allowed subject to the observations set out above.
