This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.5398 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.25523 of 2024, dated 20.03.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the Principal Special Court under EC & NDPS Act, Chennai - 600 104, once a month, i.e., on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30a.m., until further orders. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.5398 of 2025, dated 20.03.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the Principal Special Court under EC & NDPS Act, Chennai - 600 104, once a month, i.e., on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30a.m., until further orders is relaxed.
