O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to issue direction, directing the respondent herein to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 10.07.2021 in CSR.No.228 of 2021 to investigate the same and to file FIR in accordance with law.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner had lodged a complaint before the respondent police on 10.07.2021 and C.S.R.No.228 of 2021 assigned. Thereafter no action has been taken. Hence she filed this above said petition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on perusal of the complaint, it is seen that there seems some matrimonial issues involved. In view of the same, the said https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

complaint has been forwarded to the Social Welfare Officer, for getting report. The report is yet to be received. On receipt of the report of the Social Welfare Officer, appropriate steps would be taken.

4.Considering the submissions and on perusal of the materials, this Court finds that in the event of closure of the complaint, the respondent police is directed to inform the same to the petitioner along with the closure report. Thereafter, the petitioner is directed to take appropriate action in the manner known to law.

5.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
