Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only), with two sureties of Whom, one should be a blood related surety, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned by learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tiruvannamalai Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.GEETHA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.BALAJI , Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed for modification of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20703 of 2021 dated 02.11.2021.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that this Court, while granting bail to the petitioner, imposed a condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of whom, one should be a blood surety, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tiruvannamalai ''. Now, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is a native of Bihar and the petitioner's mother is a senior citizen and unable to get the documents from the revenue authorities. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.20703 of 2021 dated 02.11.2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a cash surety for a sum of Rs.10,000/- and all other conditions remains unaltered. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. -sd/- 24/11/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
