[Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.,] This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed praying to suspend the sentence passed against the petitioner by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Mayiladuthurai, in SC No.136 of 2019 dated 28.09.2022, pending disposal of Criminal Appeal and enlarge the petitioner on bail.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition with liberty to renew it later and he has made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the endorsement so made, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty prayed for by the petitioner is granted.
