Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.19330 of 2021 dated 20/10/2021 concerned the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Auroville Police Station, Villupuram District daily at 10.30 am until further orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SASIKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.N.S.SUGANTHAN, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.19330 of 2021 on 20.10.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
