Heard Mr.V.Selvaraj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.N.Rajan, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 3 and Mr.G.Harihara Arun, learned counsel appearing for 4th respondents.

Taking note of the interim orders already granted permitting the students to write the examinations all along, the interim prayer in the present miscellaneous petition seeking for interim direction to publish the results of the students viz., 1]Abilasha.A, 2]Aryan.S, 3]Anusuya, S.I., 4]Asra Fathima.K, 5]Athira.S, 6]Dershana Dileep, 7]Devi Sangamithrai.D.R, 8]Fathima Thehsin.P.P, 9]Jusaira.P.P, 10] Priyanka.V, 11]Sangamithirai.T, 12]Sufiyan Rahman.K, 12]Thara Sri.G, 14] Bhavna Manoj Kumar, 15] Talupura Divya Sai Lakshmi, 16]Ganga Devi.D and 17] Shantha Bhavani, who have written the 3rd year BAMS examination, to publish the results of the following students, namely, 1)Babu.A, 2)Elakkiya Selvi.V, 3)Jovani Veronica.J, 4)Kowsalya.V, 5)Sathish Kumar.B, 6)Thangalakshmi.M, and 7)Vaishnavi.Y, who have written the 2nd year BAMS examination, publish the results of the following students, namely, 1)Ashwin Teja.A, 2)Saiprasad.G, 3)Shahanaz Mazhar.M, and 4)Mahadevan, who have written the 1st year BAMS examination and permit the

students, who have failed in the 3rd year BAMS examination to write the 3rd year BAMS examination in the failed subjects, permit the students, who have passed the 2nd year BAMS examination to appear for the 3rd year BAMS examination and the failed students to appear for the 2nd year BAMS examination in the failed subjects, permit the students, who have passed the 1st year BAMS examination to appear for the 2nd year BAMS examination and to permit the failed students to appear for the 1st year BAMS examination in the failed subjects to be held from 17.10.2016, is hereby allowed. However, it is made clear that this order will not give any right either to the petitionerCollege or to its students, to claim equity. This order is subject to the result of the main writ petition.
