No. 18486 of 2023 in C.M.A. No. SR102105 of 2023 SUNDER MOHAN, J This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 109 days in filing the above appeal. 2.Since, the first respondent has remained ex parte before the Tribunal, the learned counsel for the petitioners has sought permission of this Court to dispense with the notice to the first respondent and has made an endorsement to that effect. Hence, notice to the first respondent is dispensed with.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. Though notice has been served on the second respondent, none has entered appearance on its behalf.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered.
