This application is presented to consider the applicant's offer to purchase an extent of 46.66 acres in the Marasandiram project.

2. The lands of the company in liquidation are required to be sold either through a tender or public auction process. All intending bidders, including the applicant herein, are entitled to participate subject to compliance with the applicable terms and conditions.

3. As regards the Marasandiram Project, learned Administrator states that steps will be taken to bring the said property for sale along with other unsold projects.

4. Recording the aforesaid and by leaving it open to the applicant to participate in such auction sale process, this application is closed.
