Taking note of the interim orders already granted permitting the students to write the examinations all along, the interim prayer in the present miscellaneous petition seeking for interim direction to the 5th respondent to publish the results of the following students, who were admitted to BAMS course in Dharma Ayurveda Medical College & Hospital, Sriperumbudur during the academic year 2014-15, namely, (1)P.T.Shahna Bincy, (2)K.Venkat Vishal, (3)Natasha Singh, (4)M.Mallika, (5)P.V.Vinusha, (6)R.Saranya, (7)R.Hemalatha, (8)S.Kalpana, (9)K.Jai Muruga Raj, 10)W.M.Navin Mukkesh, (11)Agalya Umapathy, (12)V.Vaitheeshwari, (13)S.Ezhil, (14)V.Roopashree, (15)T.Keerthana, (16)S.Sivakumar, (17)A.Pavithra, (18)D.Amirtha Kadesh Abiram, (19)P.S.Dhivya, (20)S.K.Ebenezer Samuel, (21)M.Gnanasekaran, (22)J.Idhaya Deepan, (23)V.Jagadeeswari, (24)R.Mubeen, (25)V.Mohan Aravind, (26)T.Nishanth Kumar, (27)S.Nivetha, (28)S.Subalakshmi,
(29)U.Venmani, (30)P.Hariharan Sree, (31)U.Pradeepa and permit the students, who have passed the 1st year BAMS examination to appear for the 2nd year BAMS examination along with the following 8 students, namely, (1)M.Pitchayeeal Ponmani, (2)A.Megala, (3)G.L.Ajitha, (4)S.Eswari, (5)Pritha Biswas, (6)S.Reshma, (7)B.Vikneswari and (8)S.Karthika, who are already eligible to appear for the 2nd year BAMS examination and also permit the failed students to appear for the 1st year BAMS examination to be held from 17.10.2016, is hereby allowed. However, it is made clear that this order will not give any right either to the petitioner-College or to its students to claim equity. This order is subject to the result of the main writ petition.
