ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who arrested and remanded judicial custody on 23.06.2021 at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 328 of IPC and 22 (c) NDPS Act, 1985, in Crime No.424 of 2021, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that, the petitioner was in possession of 18 number of Tydol 100 mg tablets. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 23.06.2021. He would further submit that, the petitioner is an innocent and did not commit any offence as alleged by the respondent. Hence, he sought for bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that already bail applications filed by the co-accused was dismissed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16113 of 2021 and Crl.O.P.No.19451 of 2021. Hence, he opposed to grant bail to the petitioners.

5. Taking consideration of the above facts and circumstances of the case that, after receiving the Chemical analysis report, the prosecution could be decided whether it is a commercial quantity or https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

not. Since, the investigation is not yet completed, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
