This Criminal Original Petition is filed to issue a direction to the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 18.09.2021 vide C.S.R.No.918 of 2021 and file FIR.

2.The petitioner had lodged a complaint on 18.09.2021, for which C.S.R.No.918 of 2021 assigned and the petitioner and the counter complainant was called for enquiry. Thereafter, what had happened to the petitioner's complaint was not known. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on receipt of the complaint of the petitioner, C.S.R.No.918 of 2021 assigned on 18.09.2021. Both the petitioner and the counter complainant had called for enquiry. The counter complainant had appeared before the respondent police and gave a statement that the issue between the petitioner and the counter complainant has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

been now resolved and also submitted that Antony Richard, Jerald Antony not disturbed the family life of the petitioner. To that effect, the petitioner also gave a letter to the respondent police. In view of the same, the above said complaint has been closed. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced the copy of the closure report.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not received any such closure report. 5.Considering the submissions and on perusal of the closure report and the letter given by the petitioner, this Court finds no reason to entertain the above petition. In view of the same, the respondent police is directed to furnish the copy of the closure report and the letter given by the petitioner. Thereafter, it is for the petitioner to take appropriate action in the manner known to law.

6.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
