Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for records relating to Annexure-I, faculty D27 "Indian Culture" in the notification/Advertisement No.04/2013 dated 28.05.2013 and quash the same as irrelevant and illegal and consequentially direct the respondents to renotify in the Annexure-I, the Faculty D27 as "Indian Culture and Tourism" in the notification/Advertisement No.04/2013 dated 28.05.2013.

The petitioner has sought for a direction to quash the notification/Advertisement No.04/2013 dated 28.05.2013 calling for recruitment for the post of Assistant Professor in 'Indian Culture and Tourism'.

2. The learned Government Advocate on instructions would submit that the said recruitment has been completed and the selection list for 1093 post including subject "Indian Culture" has been sent to the Government on 17.04.2015 itself.

3. In view of the subsequent developments, the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.

4.
