ORDER

The petitioner has come up with this contempt petition for the alleged non-compliance of the order dated 28.08.2022 passed in WP.No.4161 of 2022 wherein, this court granted liberty to the petitioners to present their documents 1/3

before the second respondent and if such document is presented, the 2nd respondent directed to issue notice to the 3rd respondent and deal with the document in accordance with the Registration Act. 2.The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that even till date, the petitioners have not presented the documents as directed by this Court and iterated that there is no willful disobedience on the part of the respondents. 3.The aforesaid submissions have been fairly conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Recording the above, this contempt petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners for presenting the documents in the manner known to law.
