ORDER

Pursuant to the statutory notice issued by this Court on 09.02.2024, the respondent is present before this Court today.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that as against the order passed in WP.No.28548 of 2017 dated 20.07.2021, the respondent has preferred a Writ Appeal in WA.No.1336 of 2023 and by an order dated 05.01.2024, an interim stay of the operation of the Writ Court's order has been granted in CMP.No.13092 of 2023 in WA.No.1336 of 2023.

3. When the Division Bench has already taken cognizance of the matter, it would not be appropriate for this Court to parallely adjudicate the Contempt Petition. Even otherwise, in view of the stay being granted, no further action can be taken in the Contempt Petition. However, liberty is hereby granted to the petitioner to work out her remedy subject to the outcome of the Writ Appeal.
