ORDER

By this petition, the writ petitioner seeks to implead the opponent before the Registrar of Trade Marks as the second respondent in the writ petition. SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J rna second respondent did not enter appearance, the Registry was directed to print the name of the second respondent in the cause list. In spite of doing so, the second respondent continues to remain unrepresented. The second respondent had opposed the application filed by the writ petitioner in Trade Mark Application No.1928924. Consequently, the proposed respondent is a necessary party in this writ petition. Hence, this petition is allowed by directing that the proposed respondent be impleaded as the second respondent in W.P.(IPD)/18/2025. The consequential amendments in the writ petition shall be carried out on or before 09.09.2025. The petitioner is permitted to serve a copy of the amended petition on the other parties.
