The petitioner has filed this petition seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to conduct necessary enquiry of 1175 sq. ft of land and building comprised in Survey No.278/2B as per law and pass orders on petitioner's representation dated 17.05.2022.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has made a representation dated 17.05.2022 before the respondents, seeking to issue Patta in the name of the petitioner. However, the said application has been rejected by the second respondent.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, no further adjudication is Page No.2 of 5
required in this writ petition. Hence, this writ petition stands closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
