ORDER

To quash the case in Crime No.111 of 2022 on the file of the 1st respondent, the present criminal original petition has been filed. 2.When the matter is takenup for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that in this case, investigation has been completed and final report has also been filed before the Metropolitan Magistrate for Exclusive Trial of CCB Cases, Chennai and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.4423 of 2023.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, the criminal original petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
