Respondents Prayer: This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondent police to provide effective police protection to the petitioner's company to fully complete the erection of transmission of cell phone tower and to install all the telecommunication electrical and electronic equipments, cables situated at vacant space admeasuring approximately 1200 sq.ft., having Patta No.3481, S.Nos.317/1A2, 321/1B2, Kazhinjur, Katpadi Taluk, Vellore District 632 006, on the basis of the complaint dated 03.11.2016.

ORDER

This original petition has been filed to direct the respondent to give police protection to the petitioner to complete installation and commissioning of the telecommunication tower on the land situate at S.Nos.317/1A2, 321/1B2, Kazhinjur, Katpadi Taluk, Vellore District 632 006 as per the petitioner's complaint dated 03.11.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It appears that the petitioner is installing telecommunication tower in the leased out land which is being objected by some neighbours. Taking into consideration the nature of the allegations, the respondent Police is directed to look into the nature of the petition and give police protection as sought for by the petitioner.
